Night of the Night – Stargazing at Camping Zeeburg

This Saturday evening, Camping Zeeburg joins the national Night of the Night event — a celebration of darkness and the starry sky. Together with the Volkssterrenwacht Amsterdam, we invite you to look up and explore the universe.

Starting at 19:30, telescopes will be set up and expert astronomers will guide you through what’s visible in the night sky. If the weather’s cloudy, we’ll switch to a planetarium-style presentation on a large screen.

Saturn will be visible throughout the evening, and we’ll try to spot far-off objects like Neptune and the Andromeda Galaxy. Other highlights include the Hercules globular cluster (M13), the Ring Nebula (M57), and bright double stars like Albireo.

Make sure to dress warmly and enjoy a magical evening under the stars. Free admission.
