In case of a "no show" on the arrival date of your reservation, your booking will be cancelled automatically and no refund will be given.
If you have a last minute delay and are not able to arrive on your chosen arrival date, please notify the reception before or on that day by phone +31-(0)20-694 44 30 so we can keep your reservation for the following days.

You can choose to convert your reservation to another period up to 1 day before arrival. But preferable as soon as possible. It is important to inform us of the new dates right away. When rebooking to a more expensive period, you can pay the difference upon arrival, if the new period is cheaper, you will receive this refund upon arrival.
There are no booking costs attached to rebooking, it's completely free of charge.

If you are unable to visit us, you can also choose to convert the total paid amount of the reservation into a voucher. This is possible up to 1 day before arrival, but let us know as soon as possible if you cannot arrive. The voucher remains valid for 3 years after issue!
This voucher can be used to book a new stay through our website. If the new reservation is cheaper, the remaining amount will remain on the voucher. If the new reservation is more expensive, you can pay the outstanding amount online.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
